Cellcosmet is a Swiss skincare company specialising in cellular cosmetics [1] that develops and manufactures skincare products under the Cellcosmet and Cellmen brands. Founded in 1982 by Swiss entrepreneur Roland C. Pfister, the company is headquartered in Châtel-Saint-Denis, Switzerland.[2] As of 2025, the company employed around 100 people and distributed its products in 35 countries.[1]

History

[edit]

Cellap Laboratoire SA was founded in 1982 in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne by Roland C. Pfister.[2]

In 2025, Cellcosmet transferred its Swiss operations to a new headquarters in Châtel-Saint-Denis, bringing together its laboratory, manufacturing and logistics activities on a single site.[1]

The same year, the company's international expansion strategy was recognised when it was named one of the three finalists of the Swiss Export Award organised by Switzerland Global Enterprise.[3]

Activities

[edit]

Cellcosmet develops skincare products for the face and body.[2] In a report by the Swiss public broadcaster RTS, its formulations are described as being designed to slow skin ageing, with a peptide-rich face cream presented as the company's flagship product.[4]

The company manufactures its products in Switzerland and operates laboratory, production and logistics facilities in Châtel-Saint-Denis.[1]

Cellcosmet distributes its products internationally through subsidiaries and distribution partners, including in Europe, Asia [5] and North America.[6]
