[edit]

Evrenol's directorial debut, Baskin (2015), based on his 2013 short film of the same name, received critical acclaim for its atmosphere and visual style in the horror genre.[3] Following the success of Baskin, he directed his second feature, Housewife, in 2017.

In 2019, he released Girl with No Mouth (Turkish: Peri: Ağzı Olmayan Kız), a post-apocalyptic adventure film. His 2024 project, Sayara, a revenge thriller, was featured in the official lineup of the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival.[4]

[edit]

In 2018, Evrenol served as a director for the first season of Netflix's first Turkish original series, The Protector.[citation needed] He later directed the series Naked (Turkish: Çıplak) for the Turkish streaming platform BluTV in 2020.
