'''CVTS''' also known as '''Cuts''' is an international neo-Nazi and nihilistic online organization that was responsible for acts of child exploitation. This group is known for producing child pornography and coercing minors to commit acts of self-harm. As the FBI is still hunting for the leaders of this group. CVTS became known to an FBI agent after one of its members victims reported the group. Their "victim" was 15 and had reported this group for supposedly making her send nude pictures of herself and had blackmailed her to make her do other terrible actions.

CVTS is presumed to be a predecessor of CVLT and 764. after talking with one of CVTS's members we had heard CVTS was created in late 2024 and was created after the end of CVLT. It is reportedly known that CVTS has 4 leaders known online as Terrorist, Relkuo, Fraud, and Swattparty. It is still unknown on who these people may be or where they are. It is known that Relkuo described CVTS as "something amazing with potential" adding that he made CVTS as great as it was to be. Two People under online aliases, Terrorist and Fraud acted as leaders of CVTS and had managed the group.

it is reported that there is a hierarchy within CVTS, and that members of the group weren't just members but admins or co-founders. The main platforms CVTS finds its "victims" at is Roblox, Instagram, Tiktok, and other social medias aswell to promote the group and its members. Other acts included victims punching themselves, cutting themselves, victims being swatted, or being forced to commit suicide, or victims making art with blood on their walls. About 30+ minors around the world were Extorted, or targeted by this online Extremist group. It is known that there is over 60 people that have been apart of this group and a few who have been imprisoned.

CVTS describes itself as "An Era Ov Terror" and This group makes people preform illegal actions such as people mutilating themselves or preforming animal abuse. This group is suspected to be mimicking the style of the Terrorgram network as it is still continued. in the summer of 2026, CVTS and its members fell under investigation by law enforcement, after this incident CVTS was disbanded and brought back by two of the leaders known online as "relkuo'' and "swattparty". Currently the agent is working on contacting the Crimes Against Children Task Force to assist with the case.
