Brownloop Inc. is an American financial technology company headquartered at One World Trade Center in New York City. Founded in 2021 by Apurva Pandey, the company specializes in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and process automation solutions for private equity firms.[1][2] Brownloop's products and consulting services are used across the investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, portfolio management, investor relations, and financial reporting.[3]

History

Brownloop was founded in October 2021 by Apurva Pandey.[4][5] Pandey holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.[4]

In June 2023, Brownloop announced a strategic partnership with Chronograph, a portfolio monitoring technology provider for private capital markets. The partnership was designed to offer private equity clients an integrated suite of tools for capturing, analyzing, and deriving insights from portfolio data.[6][7]

In April 2024, the company expanded its operations into India.[8] In June 2024, Brownloop relocated its headquarters to One World Trade Center, Suite 8500, in New York City.[8]

In November 2025, Brownloop won the "Technology Innovation of the Year: Overall" award at the Private Equity Wire US Awards 2025, an industry awards program recognizing excellence among private equity fund managers and service providers in the United States.[9][10]

Kairos

Kairos is Brownloop's intelligence platform built for private equity workflows. The platform uses a knowledge graph architecture and AI agents to automate tasks across the investment and fund operations lifecycle, including deal sourcing, portfolio monitoring, investor relations, and financial reporting.[11] Kairos features include automated investment committee memo generation, portfolio performance dashboards, and compliance reporting.[11]

Consulting services

Brownloop provides consulting services including data analytics and reporting, AI-assisted workflow design, custom application development, and CIO/CTO advisory services for private equity firms.[12]
