Bowen Li is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Education, Practice and Society at the UCL Institute of Education. He also works as a postgraduate teaching assistant at UCL's Centre for Educational Leadership.[1] His qualitative research concerns how university students in contemporary China experience their bodies and gender in daily life, with particular attention to masculinities and femininities.[1] UCL also lists gender identities among his research interests.[2]
Li holds an MA in sociology with a focus on visual sociology from Goldsmiths, University of London.[1]
