Baek Han Seong (Korean: 백한성; June 15, 1899 – October 13, 1971) was a South Korean politician and judge who served as first acting prime minister of First Republic of Korea under president Syngman Rhee from November 18, 1954, to November 28, 1984[1] and Justice of Supreme Court of Korea from November 15, 1949, to September 18, 1953, and again on April 26, 1955, to June 6, 1961.[2] He also served as chief judge of Seoul High Court during 1949.[1]

He was born on June 15, 1899, in Nonsan and died on October 13, 1971.[3] He done his primary education from Gyeongsin High School in 1925 and graduated from Gyeongseong Law School.[1][4][unreliable source?]
