Axiom Software Limited is a British software development company headquartered in Manchester, England. Established in 1994, the company specializes in web-based psychometrics, talent management, and behavioral profiling platforms.[1]
History
[edit]The company was incorporated on 19 January 1994 under the initial name Brookhous Systems Limited, before adopting the name Axiom Software Limited in September 1994.[2] The organization operates from its corporate office located at Empress Buildings, 380 Chester Road in Manchester.
Products
[edit]Axiom Software Limited develops and maintains several digital assessment platforms, most notably Discus Online, a multi-currency software platform used for global recruitment, candidate job-matching, employee assessments, and workplace relationship mapping based on the DISC assessment methodology. The company also operates myDISCprofile and the Axiom Discovery skills testing system.
