The group operates a network of private hospitals, specialist centres, and healthcare-related services across the region. History
[edit]Formation
Asia OneHealthcare (A1H) was formerly known as Columbia Asia Healthcare Sdn Bhd[1][2] before the company was renamed Asia OneHealthcare Sdn Bhd in 2024. The renaming reflected the group’s expanded healthcare portfolio following the acquisition and integration of additional hospitals, and healthcare-related services across Southeast Asia.
The Columbia Asia hospital network continues to operate as part of the group’s healthcare ecosystem.
Expansion
In 2024, Asia OneHealthcare expanded its healthcare network through the acquisition of Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care, adding six tertiary hospitals in Malaysia and Indonesia and one quaternary hospital in Malaysia to the group’s portfolio.
In 2025, the group further expanded through the acquisition of TE Asia Healthcare Partners’ healthcare assets. The acquisition strengthened the group’s presence in super-specialty healthcare services, including oncology, cardiology, and orthopaedics.
Following the acquisition, the group’s healthcare network included five specialist hospitals in Malaysia, a cancer centre in Surabaya, Indonesia, and nine chiropractic and rehabilitation centres across Malaysia.
