Armis is a privately owned Cybersecurity company based in California founded by Nadir Izrael and Yevgeny Dibrov.[1]. Armis works through it's platform Armis Centrix to identify and aggregate devices into a single platform for reporting detected assets, reporting and categorizing device information and their associated vulnerabilities [2]
On April 20th, 2026, American Technology Company ServiceNow announced it had acquired Armis for $7.75 Billon.[3]
