Arcscribe is a British web development and digital solutions agency based in Norwich, England. Founded in 2025, the company provides web design and digital infrastructure, originally focusing on services for trade professionals.
History
[edit]Arcscribe was incorporated in late 2025.[1] The agency was co-founded by Harvey Washington and Isaac Marshall, who launched the business as teenagers.[2]
The company's early operations and the founders' background as young entrepreneurs in the East of England tech sector gained local media attention in early 2026.[3] During this period, the agency also engaged in pro bono work, which included building free websites for community benefit.[4] In February 2026, Arcscribe relocated its operations to a commercial headquarters at the Digital Hub in Norwich.[5]
