Arcscribe Ltd is a British technology company based in Norwich, Norfolk. It provides software development and IT support services to small and medium-sized enterprises.
History
[edit]Arcscribe was founded in Norfolk by Harvey Washington and Isaac Marshall, initially operating as a web design agency for local tradespeople.[1][2].
In mid-2026, the company relocated its headquarters to 18 Colegate, Norwich. On July 2, 2026, Marshall left his position as Commercial Director, leaving Washington as the sole Managing Director. Coinciding with this leadership change, the company began operating as Arcscribe Digital Services Group to merge its software development and IT support divisions[3].
Operations
[edit]Arcscribe develops custom internal software systems for businesses. The company's business model centers on building proprietary applications to replace multiple existing third-party software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions[3][4]
In 2026, the company built a field-service management platform for a UK cleaning company. The software replaced the client's use of a third-party application, ServiceM8, by integrating dispatch scheduling, mobile access, and customer relationship management (CRM) functions into one system.[4]
