Apploye is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for employee monitoring and time tracking. The product includes features such as activity monitoring, application and website usage reporting, and screenshot-based monitoring, alongside timesheets and work-hour tracking tools.

History
[edit]Apploye is a Hong Kong based company, founded in 2019. In March 2020, The Business Standard described Apploye[1] as a technology startup offering time tracking and remote workforce monitoring tools, including a product tier that added activity monitoring, random screenshots, and application/URL tracking. Industry databases such as PitchBook list Apploye[2] as a private company founded in 2019.

In addition to monitoring functions, the platform provides time tracking features such as clock-in/clock-out, manual time entries. Configurable timesheets used for payroll reporting and project tracking are also included in Apploye’s feature set.

[edit]In its 2025 roundup of employee monitoring software, Forbes Advisor listed Apploye and categorized it as “Best for Productivity Management.”[3] Software review and directory sites, including Capterra publish aggregated user ratings and reviews[4] for the product.
