AltimaCRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) software platform developed by Intivion Technologies. It is used by brokerage firms in the foreign exchange, contracts for difference, and proprietary trading sectors. The platform integrates with external trading and communication systems.
History
[edit]Intivion Technologies was founded in 2006 as a software development company. In 2009, it began developing software for brokerage firms.
Development of a CRM system for brokerage workflows began in 2016. The platform was released as AltimaCRM in 2022.[1]
Following its release, the platform was integrated with trading systems including MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and cTrader, and with communication providers including SquareTalk and Voiso.[2] It was presented at iFX EXPO Dubai in 2024 and 2025.[3][4][5]
Overview
[edit]AltimaCRM is used in brokerage operations for client management, compliance processes, and reporting.[1][6] It supports client onboarding, account administration, and monitoring of trading activity through integrations with trading platforms.[7][8]
The platform includes compliance functions such as identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and audit logging. It also includes workflow automation and reporting tools.[9]
Communication features are supported through integrations with email, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice-over-IP services.[10] The platform operates on a modular architecture with shared data across components.[11] It integrates with external services including Brokeree Prop Pulse,[12][13] Voiso, Leverate’s SIRIX,[14][15] and TradingView.[16] It also supports external payment processing and KYC services.[17]
