Ahmet Bilici (born 12 September 1987) is a Turkish freestyle wrestler. He won the gold medal in the men's freestyle 86 kg event at the 2018 Mediterranean Games in Tarragona.[1][2][3]
Career
[edit]Bilici was born in Erzurum on 12 September 1987.[1] He competed in freestyle wrestling and represented Turkey in international competition, mainly in the middleweight divisions.[4]
He placed 11th at the 2012 Wrestling World Cup and later competed at the 2014 World Wrestling Championships, where he finished 21st. At the 2015 European Games in Baku, he placed 15th.[4]
Bilici's biggest senior result came at the 2018 Mediterranean Games in Tarragona, where he won the gold medal in the men's freestyle 86 kg event.[2][3]
