3CatInfo is the news brand from the Catalan Public Broadcasting System, the Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals (CCMA). It was launched on September 17, 2025. It is a confluence of the previous news brands of CCMA: 324.cat (news website & app), 3/24 (TV channel) and Catalunya Informació (radio station).[1][2]
3CatInfo has also a presence in Social Media, messaging platforms, newsletters and Podcast.[3]
History
[edit]On October 21, 2024, the CCMA announced the unification of every of its continuous television and radio news services under the new 3CatInfo brand. Initially, its launch was reported at the beginning of 2025, although it finally started with the 2025–2026 season,[2][4] on September 17, 2025.[5]
During the spring of 2025, 3Cat presented the renewal of the editorial line and journalists of the Telenotícies news program, with Toni Cruanyes and Raquel Sans on the evenings, Xavi Coral and Anna Garnatxe on afternoons, Júlia López and Joan Raventós on weekends, and with Núria Solé on TN comarques.[6]
