Digi-TV was an American digital multicast television network owned by Net X Holdings, LLC that was launched on September 27, 2021.[1] Initially launched in 30 television markets, its programming consisted of general entertainment, knowledge, reality and lifestyle shows imported from Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom.[2] Along with its availability on broadcast TV, it was also available via streaming video and Roku.[3]
The network ceased broadcasting on August 1, 2022,[4] with the website shutting down two days later.[5]
