Dick Locke (born February 6, 1947) is a Democratic politician from Florida who served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from the 26th district from 1982 to 1990. Locke was born in Tampa, Florida, in 1947, and attended Central Florida Community College.[1] He was an investigator for the Citrus County Sheriff's office, and was elected to the State House in 1982.[2] Locke was defeated for re-election in 1990 by Republican Paul Hawkes.
