Dead Company is the upcoming fifth studio album by English rock duo Royal Blood. The album is scheduled for release on November 13, 2026 on Warner Records.[1] Self-produced by the band, the album has been preceded by the singles "Ten Over Ten" and "Swallow the Bomb", released on August 12, 2026 and September 17, 2026, respectively.
Background
[edit]In 2023, the band released their fourth studio album, Back to the Water Below, which was supported by the Back to the Water Below tour from 2023 - 2024.[2] Following the tour, the band took a small break, but announced in a statement at the end of 2025 that they "Can't wait to see you all again soon".[3]
Release
[edit]In June 2026, the band began to tease new music online, and subsequently announced a small set of three UK shows for the summer, stating that they would “play you a couple of new songs”.[4]
On August 12, the band released the lead single "Ten Over Ten", and announced the upcoming release of their fifth studio album, Dead Company, on November 13. The album was self-produced by the band, who called the production style "anti-production" due to its raw and stripped back nature.[5][6]
Royal Blood announced on August 21 that they would be supporting the album with a UK headlining tour in the winter,[7] debuting song "Swallow The Bomb" in a Pukkelpop concert on the same day.[8] On August 24, the band played a concert in Dreamland, Margate and debuted "Dead Company"[9]. Studio recordings for the former came out as a single on September 16.
