Craig Vye is an English actor of stage and screen. He is best known for his role as Ethan Scott in teen soap opera Hollyoaks (2010−11), and in 2016 played Dean in Emmerdale. Vye is co-founder and director of Vybrant Media.

Early life and education

Craig Vye was born in Hertfordshire, England.[1]

He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, graduating in 2005.[2]

Vye was a member of the Big Spirit Youth Theatre at the Queen Mother Theatre in Hitchin. He later took stewardship of the group and performed in its production of Mother Courage and Her Children.[3]

Acting career

Vye played Ethan Scott in the teen soap opera Hollyoaks.[4][5] In 2013, Vye appeared as Snug the Joiner and First Fairy in Michael Grandage's West End production of A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Noël Coward Theatre.[6][7] In 2016, Vye appeared in Emmerdale as Dean[8], the former boyfriend of Holly Barton, in a short guest stint.[9]

Vybrant Media
