Colleen Daley is a British actress and voice artist, best known for voicing Fizz and Izzles in the BBC children's television series Tweenies.[1] Her other work includes voice roles in BB3B and Counterfeit Cat, as well as appearances in theatre and television.[2]

Early life and training

Daley trained at East 15 Acting School. She has also attended a TV and Film course at the Actors Studio in 2010.[2]

Career

Television and voice work

Daley voiced Fizz in the BBC children's series Tweenies and later also voiced Izzles, the programme's puppy character.[3][4] She subsequently voiced Lucy and Nana in the animated series BB3B.[5]

Her later voice work has included Counterfeit Cat, BBC Children's Radio productions The Garage and Dogbear, video games, audiobooks and commercial voice-over work. She has also appeared on screen in productions including The Block and Call the Midwife.[2][5]

Theatre

Daley has appeared in a range of stage productions, including The Morning After at Above the Stag Theatre, in which she played Barbara, and Barista the Musical at the Capitol Theatre, Horsham, where she played Sue.[6][7] She has also appeared in pantomime, including a production in which she played the Wicked Fairy.[8] Her other theatre credits include Sister Act, Rapunzel, Robin Hood, Frank's Closet, Lady Windermere's Fan and The Lady from the Sea.[2]
