Can someone explain the difference between the two categories, and what sort of articles should be in each one. Is it necessary to have two separate considering the amount of articles that appear in both cateogries. Could they be combined to Category:Research and evaluation methods? Evaluation is a subset of research - but a very big subset. The evaluation expert Michael Quinn Patton listed a hundred evaluation approaches in 1987, and there are no doubt many more by now. So it is well worth having two categories IMO. Doctor Girl (talk) 14:33, 22 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
