Two proposals:

1. Since "multimedia" encompasses more than just software or hardware, I'd like to remove this category from Category:Computer peripherals and Category:Software.

2. I'd like to create a sub-category Category:Multimedia software. Underneath it would go all the software subcategories currently here. Then, this new subcategory could have Category:Software as a parent.
