Rename category

- I undid that as (a) you did not ensure that all category entries were also modified, and (b) a category with the correct capitalisation already exists: Category:Unix security software. It will be better to catsort articles individually into the appropriate category, since as you yourself mentioned, "this category includes [some] software that isn't specific to Linux", i.e. some of it is and therefore the category remains justified.
