The following is a list of people with the name Baron or Barron. "Baron" is a title of nobility, and in old English referred to a wealthy male landowner.[1] In Hebrew, the Israeli surname "Bar-On" ("בר-און") is usually contracted to Baron; it means "son of strength/vigor/potency".[2]
