Arnolec (Czech pronunciation: [ˈarnolɛts]; German: Arnoldsdorf) is a municipality and village in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.

Arnolec lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) east of Jihlava and 124 km (77 mi) south-east of Prague.
