America Lake is a lake located in America Township, Brule County, South Dakota, United States. It is 5 miles (8.0 km) west of Bijou Hills and covers an area of 12 acres (4.9 ha).[2][1]
An unnamed intermittent stream flows out of the lake and empties into the Francis Case Reservoir on the Missouri River.[2]
The lake was named after the township it is located in by Works Progress Administration workers.[1]
