Draft:Venkata Subbaiah Karumanchi (filter log) (user filter log)

Description

I tried to create Draft:Venkata Subbaiah Karumanchi at 19:52 UTC on 28 September 2026. The edit was disallowed by a filter described as "Fixed position vandalism"; filters 147 and 148 also logged a possible autobiography. This is a good-faith sourced biographical draft about my great-grandfather, not vandalism. I have a family conflict of interest and will disclose it on the draft talk page if the draft is created. Could an experienced editor review the false positive and, if appropriate, make the edit on my behalf? The draft text is available for review.

If an editor with access to the private filter has a moment, I'd appreciate a prompt review of this false positive. The full draft text is in my sandbox if that helps. Rkaruman (talk) 21:00, 28 September 2026 (UTC)reply

Done and a change to the filter may be needed. Was a false positive. Filter change would make sense I think. – Nobody (talk) 05:04, 29 September 2026 (UTC)reply

Page you were editing: Kidney disease (filter log) (user filter log)
Description: I added a section on kidney disparities, covering statistics, suspected causes, and current progress toward reducing them. I’m uncertain how this section of the page fits into the overall page and whether it's necessary, but I do believe it brings a new, human-centered dimension to the page that was not there before. I worked to set the page up in the future by making a few edits to be more up to date, and reorganized the causes section to be more segmented rather than a large list. I hope future editors will continue to add to weak sections with outdated information on prognosis, treatment, and diagnosis.

Description: Was trying to reply on talk page but was blocked for message being unconstructive - simply trying to reply to the source issues

"The source says Headline: "The opening scene of the Little Grandad biopic fades up on an open mic night in East London." (The Windmill is not in East London, it is in Brixton, which is in South London).

"...It was the last week of that open mic; they don’t even run it anymore,” Harry says of the event at Haggerston Signature Brew"

So no they did not meet at the Windmill.

They played their first show as "Little Grandad" at the New Music Monday night at the Windmill. https://www.windmillbrixton.co.uk/events/2025-07-28-new-music-mondays-the-windmill

They have gone on to share that an open mic night is actually just how Harry met Ned, as Harry and Jack obviously knew each other as brothers, Jack knew Ned through Saya (from Mary in the Junkyard) who Ned lives with and who Jack was tour managing for, and Jack and Jimmy were in a band together previously. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HskSHWV8Y6A"

Description: I just wanted to add
Doug was one of the best administrators that Wikipedia had had for such a long time. He was a valuable editor that everyone would dearly miss. I myself remember many fond memories with him, both good and bad. I know he is in a better place now. I wish his family good luck and Doug, may you be granted eternal rest.
