Clarify Distinction Between Texas A&M School of Engineering Medicine and the Engineering Medicine Program

As the article is currently written, I believe it is too confusing for readers to understand the difference between the School of Engineering Medicine, which is the process of getting accredited, and the Engineering Medicine Program, which is offered through the Vashisht College of Medicine, which is fully accredited. For the sake of reducing confusing for prospective and current students, I would like to see this page focus on the School of Engineering Medicine and make it clear that the Engineering Medicine program is separate albeit affiliated/associated. Eventually, it would be great to separate out the Engineering program to a separate page to help with the understanding.
Moving forward, I would like to more clearly define the School of Engineering Medicine as a separate entity.
