Given that the new IP as well is also geolocated to the same region as the prior blocked TAs, but that I can also identify at least one constructive TA from a very distinct geographic region, I'm going to continue to try to address this with blocks rather than page-protection, namely a wide IP rangeblock of just this one page. signed, Rosguill talk 21:47, 30 July 2026 (UTC)

If you review the history it has been going on since April 9th (the edit is easy to track through the edit history because it always results in a 1,279 bytes deduction).
