Description: The original image on this article uses a PNG that was originally a JPEG, with pure white replaced by transparency. This creates bad artifacts when placed on a dark background. Comment: I'm sorry but the image seems to be available under the ESA Standard License which due to its non commerciality clause is not compatible with our free licenses here. Where could it be inferred that this image is available under the terms of another author and B that that author agreed to release it under the given license? While we always try to assume good faith on wikipedia we unfortunately can't trust anonymous editors to be who they claim and have the right to release images under the license they are telling us, since these things have legal implications. Since the image is not yet under the right license on the website you supplied you would have to donate the image under another license. The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original post. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original artwork. |

Main infobox. The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the work for which it serves as poster art. It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone. As a Poster, the image is not replaceable by free content; any other image that shows the packaging of the book would also be copyrighted, and any version that is not true to the original would be inadequate for identification or commentary. Using a different image in the infobox would be misleading as to the identity of the work. Any derivative work based upon the cover art would be a copyright violation, so creation of a free image is not possible. |
