The democrats plan to lower college costs by “giving grants to the state.They’ll help boost financial aid to students and help pay for living costs and tuition”. Out of the top republicans Marco Rubio is the only one who really suggests a plan for college expenses as stated in VOA news. He proposes that students apply for a thing called “Student Investment Plans” which these students would be put with a private investor who would pay for their college and then after students would pay only a certain percentage back to those investors Trump has no current plan at all, his only input is that it's not right of the government to making profit off of college tuition Marenaolger (talk) 20:01, 12 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
