I just want to propose that in the future, when all browsers support it, the progress templates should consider utilizing the HTML5 <meter> tag for more semantic markup. Though currently it seems to be unsupported in iOS Safari and while Microsoft's Edge supports it, IE11 doesn't. So just a consideration in the future when browser support arrives.
