The “performance” key should be updated to align with the 2026 structure. For example, in women’s tennis it no longer makes sense to use labels like “not Tier I,” given the existence of categories such as Premier Mandatory/5 and WTA 1000. A more appropriate, future-proof naming convention should be introduced.

Additionally, Category 1–6 tournaments (e.g., “not category tier”) should also be incorporated, as these events were significant prior to the introduction of the tier system. JamesAndersoon (talk) 15:57, 20 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
