Changing flag

I had requested this at Administrators' noticeboard —

This is a protected template. I have corrected the color of a flag used in this template. I will appreciate if an admin can change Flag of the Indian Army.svg to Flag of Indian Army.pngSumanch (talk) 18:51, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

This flag are just based on the shades used in pictures of the CIA World Factbook and not are official or even real changes to the flag used by India, they should not be included and especially not linked to a specific year. It will not break anythign as it will revert to the default, real indian flag.

Naval ensign's years

Could you please edit all of the "naval [year]" aliases by adding hyphen to the space, for example:

from naval 1879

to naval-1879

Apparently without the hyphen they aren't working in some templates, such as the: Indian Navy (notice that I've put a year in it and it doesn't change to the corresponding version)

Okay then, do you agree or disagree with the editor who wants to rename the file? and how would you word your argument for supporting the file move or opposing it? Just curious as I am a file mover, but there is a note with the page-move suggestion that states that only a Commons admin can move the file (unless a different filename is chosen).
