Description of suggested change: The current version of the flag is being replaced with the official version of the Portuguese flag, for instance,Portugal, Template:Country data Portugal. The reason being that File:Flag of Portugal.svg is an outdated rendering of the Portuguese flag, unlike File:Flag of Portugal (official).svg (More info at: Template talk:Country data Portugal)

The Vatican City competes in the Mediterranean Games and the module causes problems because it does not include it. Therefore it would be useful to include it under the code VAT. Something along these lines.
