Template:WelcomeIPh → ? – Due to the new temporary accounts update, we must find a new name for this template, which has to omit the IP part. I have initiated this discussion to determine the best possible new name. Thanks, 1isall (he/him) (talk | contribs) 01:57, 5 November 2025 (UTC)

The obvious one would be WelcomeTAh Z E T A³ 21:57, 11 November 2025 (UTC)

We could have a name that's informative as opposed to confusing. I suggest Template:Welcome temporary account header and various useful redirects can point there. Cremastra (talk · contribs) 01:25, 13 November 2025 (UTC)

I agree with Cremastra - concision is important for article titles, but over-consision can be unhelpful and this is an internal template, an informative name will be more helpful. On that note, we could also go with Template:WelcomeTAh and just have the longer be a redirect - at the end of the day it doesn't really matter too much, but I'd slightly favor the longer title being the "official" oneASUKITE 15:06, 13 November 2025 (UTC)
