Hi all, merger of Template:Template rating and Template:Module rating is  complete at Template:Template rating/sandbox.

See the diff of the merger. See the diff of the improvements I made to the text to be a little clearer and make the error text friendlier.

I did check all use-cases, however I'd appreciate if someone could take another look. If you're happy, could someone merge the changes into Template:Template rating as I don't have the template editor right? (@Izno @Awesome Aasim @WikiCleanerMan Pinging those from merger discussion).
