@Izno: seems to be an issue with Template:Infobox comics creator/styles.css. See Keiichi Arawi. I supplied an abridged example here. A double line is appearing above the below section when you call a module with a below as well. I think the CSS needs to be more specific so that it only applies to the below of THIS infobox, not ANY infobox. Does that make sense? And, it is somewhat intentional that I used the system I did to display the border; this allows the container module to decide how the child should display. Template talk:Infobox social media personality#Layout even mentions that this hr is causing issues in other ways as well; frankly, it just simply shouldn't exist and you should decide on appropriate CSS instead.
