This template is to be placed at or near the top of talk pages (only) of even-numbered namespace pages identified as being within the project's scope.

Task forces

The |c= and |c++= task force attributes can be used to flag an article that's focused on C or C++, and thus of interest to either or both groups.

Parameters

Parameters for {{WikiProject C/C++}} Parameter name Function/Valid values |class=

• class – This WikiProject follows Project-Independent Quality Assessment. Please add valid |class= values to {{WikiProject banner shell}} instead of this WikiProject. Valid class values can be found at Wikipedia:Content assessment.

|importance= valid values are: Top, High, Mid, Low, NA (case-insensitive). See the importance scale for details. Setting an explicit value of NA is rarely necessary; for this, either leave |importance= blank or omit the parameter. |attention= Set to yes if the article needs immediate attention from experienced editors. Use only if another parameter does not cover the need for attention; this should be used sparingly. It is strongly encouraged to also add a section to the talk page explaining what needs attention.

This parameter populates Category:C and C++ articles needing attention.
