Talk:World federalism

Currently, there are articles related to world government and the World Federalist Movement. While these are related, there is a need for a dedicated article about World Federalism, an established concept that is distinct from both a world government in general and the World Federalist Movement alone.

World government deals with the general concept of a global authority, while world federalism narrows this down to a specific mixture of local, national and global separation of powers.

The World Federalist Movement is only one of many organizations that advocate this political idea at the moment, and it is also not the only one to publish articles on the topic. Because of this, it is necessary to have this article separate from the article on the World Federalist Movement.
