@NelsonLee20042020 and @Fram: I have tagged this article's lead as needing cleanup because I think the lead is too short and doesn't adequately explain why this person is notable. Without an adequate lead, it is also difficult to even determine if this person is notable. According to the guideline WP:CRIME, perpetrators do not usually have a separate Wikipedia biography if they are only known for a single crime or trial. With minimal rewriting this article could also be turned into an article about the Murder of Andre Smith, which would address the WP:CRIME and potential WP:BLP1E issues as it would turn this article into an event based article. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 00:24, 3 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
@Cameron Dewe, if you have seen through my previous comments, I mentioned that we should move the article to Hampton Road killings and given that the murder of Andre Smith was similar to the other 11 victims and the criminal Elton Manning Jackson was the prime suspect of these 12 murders in spite of the one murder conviction. If you checked through the history, I had a greater amount of info that Fram had reverted.NelsonLee20042020 (talk) 00:59, 3 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
