Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Mount Sinai Health System. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Remove advertising section

[edit]

I tagged the section called Advertising because it seems off-topic. The article is about a health system and its history and scope of services. Since it is not site about a commercial organization, it feels like a bad fit and of little or no use to the reader. Having a mention of "Teach the World to Sing" in an article about Coke makes sense; this is a different case.

I'll come back in a few weeks and if there's not objection, I'll remove the section.

Mischaracterization

[edit]

This sentence was added to the article in September and does not fully characterize the source cited.

In 2025, the hospital fired a social worker over a "Gaza must live" postcard on her desk, arguing that it was a political message.

According to the article cited, the hospital has not made a statement. "Arguing that it was a political message" is derived from a recording the dismissed social worker made while speaking with her boss.

If there is no objection, I will characterize it this way:

In 2025, the hospital fired a social worker allegedly over a "Gaza must live" postcard on her desk.
