Pachystroma is a monotypic plant genus in the family Euphorbiaceae first described as a genus in 1865.[5][6] It is the only genus of its tribe Pachystromateae.[2] The only known species is Pachystroma longifolium,[3][7][8] native to Brazil, Bolivia[4][9] and Peru.[1]
