Mihăileni (German: Schaldorf, Hungarian: Sálfalva) is a commune located in Sibiu County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Metiș (Martinsdorf, Mártonfalva), Mihăileni, Moardăș (Mardisch, Mardos), Răvășel (Rosch, Rovás), and Șalcău (Schalko, Salkó). Metiș and Moardăș have fortified churches.
