Manuel Jesús O'Ryan Carrasco (1878 – 19 August 1932) was a Chilean politician who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile for Taltal and Tocopilla and as Minister of Industry, Public Works and Railways under President Juan Luis Sanfuentes.[1]
