Moffitt has been heavily involved with Turning Point UK until late 2025, when he was suspended from his position after Hope Not Hate revealed disparaging comments he made about the organisation and Nick Tenconi.[4]

Moffitt campaigned for Restore Britain in the 2026 Makerfield by election.[6]

Manchester attack

[edit]

On 15 June 2026, during a debate in Manchester's Market Street, Moffitt was allegadly attacked and had his camera equipment stolen. He called members of the assembled crowd "cowards", and said "You don’t actually want to fight for what you believe in". After this his attacker said "I'll fight you, b****", and attacked him. He suffered bruising and was kicked several times.[5] Police arrested 3 people in connection with the attack, on suspicion of robbery and assault.[citation needed]

Moffitt returned a few weeks later with a new debate proposition of "Millions must be deported. Change my mind."[5]
