Chaotic & Confused is the second extended play (EP) by the South Korean and Canadian singer Jeon Somi. It was released on August 11, 2025, by The Black Label under license to YG Plus. It was produced by Jeon Somi alongside songwriter and producer Teddy Park, with both also writing multiple songs on the EP; rapper Vince also contributed to the record. The EP contains five tracks and has described as pop, while incorporating elements of various genres including disco, R&B, house and post-punk.
"Extra" was released as Chaotic & Confused's lead single, following which Jeon Somi embarked on the Chaos fan meeting tour, which took place across South Korea and Japan from July–August 2025. A second single, "Closer", was released alongside the EP. Jeon Somi promoted both singles by performing them on South Korean music shows. The EP received generally positive reviews from critics, who highlighted its variety of genres, and was included on Billboard's list of best K-pop albums of 2025.
Chaotic & Confused was released digitally on music download and streaming platforms, while a physical compact disc (CD) was released via The Black Label in South Korea. Commercially, it peaked at number seventeen on South Korea's Circle Album Chart, having sold over twenty-eight thousand copies in the country. Its two singles charted on the Circle Digital Chart, while the remaining tracks placed on the component Circle Download Chart.
