Ho Chi Minh City Customs Football Club (Vietnamese: Câu lạc bộ bóng đá Hải quan Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh), simply known as Hải Quan, was a Vietnamese association football club based in Ho Chi Minh City. They were champions in the 1991 season of the V.League, Vietnam's top-level football league.[2]

Before 1975, the club was known as Quan Thuế and won three South Vietnam national titles.

During its existence, the club had a long-standing rivalry with Cảng Sài Gòn.[3]
