POLR1G

DNA-directed RNA polymerase I subunit RPA34 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the POLR1G gene (previously CD3EAP).[5][6][7][8] This protein is part of the RNA polymerase I complex.[8]
Interactions
[edit]POLR1G has been shown to interact with T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 epsilon chain,[5] POLR1E[7] and POLR1C.[7]
